‘YOU ARE GOING TO PRISON!’ — School Board Member’s Late-Night Rant Draws 13,000 Views, No Consequences
Community engagement, now with threats
COMMERCE CITY, Colo. — Late Oct. 16, Adams 14 School Board Director Lucy Molina (aka Luz Molina-Aguayo aka Luz E. Molina) unleashed an hours-long Facebook outreach filled with prison threats, racial slurs, and paranoid conspiracy theories that reached approximately 13,000 people.

The public official then engaged citizens directly. "I'm HERE guera!!!!" Molina wrote to one resident using a Spanish racial slur for "white girl."

The public official then escalated: "YOU POOR SHADY CHICK, YOU FREAK... but YOU STILL READ EVERYTHING, at least you can read... I give you credit there BASURA!!!" Basura means trash in Spanish.

Molina, who is currently running for City Council, posted these attacks on her personal profile and in the Commerce City Community group throughout the night. "Current CANDIDATES were on a list, I'm not sure if THIS IS A HIT LIST or what," she wrote, adding that she was "being followed by an O&G truck the other day."

Announces evidence, immediately withholds it
Molina repeatedly claimed to have evidence of criminal activity but provided none.
"WE actually HEARD AN entire conversation recording. A conspiracy plan to sabotage our intents for council," she posted, naming specific individuals as participants in this alleged conspiracy.
She accused them of "election interference," "dark money from developers," and being "CRIMINALS" involved in "SLANDER" — while simultaneously posting unsubstantiated criminal accusations against them at 1 a.m. on Facebook.

Crisis managed through strategic non-response
Snoot Report emailed the district and its attorneys this morning with screenshots of Molina's posts. We gave 24 hours notice of publication. We asked:
- Does the district endorse her statements?
- Does it have evidence for her allegations?
- Will it correct or disavow them?
- Has it advised Molina of her legal obligations?

The district's email server is configured to reject outside mail. The rejection notice read "550... blocked." However, outside counsel received our email. They chose not to respond by the deadline. Neither the attorneys nor the district have provided any comment.
A civics lesson delivered entirely in insults
The racial elements deserve special attention. Molina wrote to someone: "you are dumber than you look guerita" — misspelling güerita, a diminutive Spanish term for "white girl" often used condescendingly:

She sustained these attacks for hours, mixing English and Spanish insults, conspiracy theories, and threats. That suggests this wasn't a momentary lapse. Rather, it appears to be a sustained, deliberate attack by a public official against named individuals.
Bold legal strategy: retaliate publicly
Molina specifically targeted Councilman Craig Kim, posting his photo and implying criminal involvement. This is extraordinary: Kim is currently suing Molina in federal court for violating his civil rights. She is a named defendant. Now she's attacking him again, publicly, to thousands.
The posts continued for hours. At one point, when asked for clarification, Molina responded: "…the pictures" — then claimed "there are 3 CURRENT commerce city councilmen on this board for the chamber, which some of us find interesting."

Rules apply to everyone, theoretically
Adams 14 banned Councilman Kim for three years. His offense? Contacting a principal with questions.
Meanwhile, Molina threatens prison, uses racial slurs, makes unsubstantiated criminal accusations, and claims people are on a "hit list" — all to thousands of residents. The district's response? Silence.
